Key Responsibilities

  • •Work safely at all times and promote the Pick-n-Pull Safety Culture, using assigned PPE and collaborating with a safety buddy.
  • •Safely remove automotive materials (e.g., Freon, fluids, batteries, garbage) and extract fluids and components per procedures.
  • •Position vehicles on wheel stands for customer access to sellable parts and restore the area between vehicle sets.
  • •Dismantle engines/transmissions, remove tires and selected core items, and harvest cores and wire while maintaining environmental compliance.
  • •Operate the tire machine to sort tires and assist customers with shipments, regulatory/tracking logs, stormwater control devices, and mechanical equipment upkeep.
