Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet employees, candidates, and guests; coordinate with building security for smooth, secure arrivals.
  • •Support recruiting by welcoming candidates and helping ensure interviews run on time.
  • •Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries; coordinate employee meals as needed.
  • •Coordinate workplace operations and events with the Employee Experience team, including onboarding and supplies/distribution.
  • •Notice workplace issues, pitch in during busy moments and events, and escalate problems when appropriate.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 110,000 annually
