Key Responsibilities

•Analyze current-state processes to identify inefficiencies, fragmentation, and friction points
•Lead end-to-end redesigns that simplify, standardize, and eliminate unnecessary steps
•Identify opportunities to remove, consolidate, or fundamentally rethink processes
•Translate concepts into business requirements, user stories, and system workflows
•Identify digitization and automation opportunities
•Partner with HR Technology and IT on system requirements and implementation
•Apply human-centered design principles to reimagine employee and manager journeys
•Shift focus from task-based, legacy workflows to experience-led, outcome-driven process design
•Establish and scale transformation frameworks including journey mapping, service blueprints, and future-state operating models

Salary: USD 114,700 - 194,900 annually

•Scripting for automation (PowerShell, Python) and experience with CI/CD for BI artifacts
