Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with portfolio managers and/or underwriters on complex underwriting, structuring, and ongoing monitoring of commercial credit relationships.
  • •Independently analyze borrower and guarantor financial statements, including cash flow sustainability, leverage, liquidity, and profitability trends.
  • •Draft concise credit approval memoranda with company/industry analysis, identification and assessment of key credit risks and mitigants, and historical/base-downside projection modeling.
  • •Develop, review, and validate historical financial charts, projection models, and sensitivity analyses.
  • •Manage ongoing portfolio monitoring activities such as covenant compliance, financial statement reviews, risk rating model execution/validation, and prepare portfolio review materials for management and risk committees.
