Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the top-level Raptor engine assembly across CAD, drawings, bills of materials, and configuration to support on-schedule hardware release.
  • •Maintain the engine fluid schematic and support Raptor-to-Starship interfaces including structural capability, seals, packaging, and installation kits.
  • •Track and respond to open engineering changes and investigations that could affect engine assembly, and lead or support design-change and engineering reviews.
  • •Maintain Bill of Design and design-review documentation, including DCR, PDR, and CDR, with a high standard for documentation and technical quality.
  • •Develop automation for configuration management, change tracking, and design documentation, and collaborate with manufacturing, test, and vehicle teams to resolve integration issues.
