Waitress

Prepare and keep the dining hall clean, organized, and fresh before and during service. Assist with morning restaurant cleaning, utensil cleaning, restaurant set-up, and mise en place preparation. Support the captain waiter by transporting food to the dining hall, assisting with plating on clients’ tables, refilling glasses and changing ashtrays during service, and clearing and cleaning tables. Transport dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area while following the captain waiter’s instructions.
