Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive growth, strategy, and profitability for the Transit-Rail division across the West Coast of the United States.
  • •Own strategy, growth, operations, and people management responsibilities for the division.
  • •Provide leadership and coaching to staff across account management, business development, capture management, and project delivery.
  • •Position, win, and recruit at a fast pace for major transit-rail programs while balancing delivery and client service.
  • •Collaborate with AECOM’s other business lines and global transit delivery teams to serve West Coast clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required plus 12+ years of related experience (or equivalent), including 4+ years leading and managing large teams with Profit & Loss center experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in business development, capture management, and account management.
  • •Ability to build broad and deep internal and external networks and communicate to inspire and lead others.
  • •Team-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • •Ability to balance responsibilities and deadlines while maintaining professionalism and quality.
