Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and manage scheduling of Test Bay and equipment usage across all users.
  • •Drive optimal utilization using performance metrics and KPI monitoring to maximize capacity and efficiency.
  • •Develop and manage long-term Test Bay capacity planning and support resource (manning) planning.
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives and technical enhancements, including Test Bay automation and FAT results automation.
  • •Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with applicable EHS/regulatory requirements, embedding Eaton Electrical Safety practices into daily operations.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc in Electrical Engineering or another appropriate Science degree
  • •Experience managing processes or projects
  • •Fluent Finnish and English language skills
