Schedule and manage service appointments for customers while identifying additional needed services. Provide accurate written estimates for labor and parts, establish and communicate promised repair times, and track repair progress throughout the day. Test-drive vehicles or coordinate with technicians as needed, ensure high customer satisfaction, and advise customers on proper vehicle care in line with manufacturer specifications and safety/regulatory requirements.
