Job Summary

Serve as the technical authority for the Wiz platform, specializing in Wiz Outpost. You’ll partner with sales and solutions engineering to answer architecture questions, run end-to-end Outpost investigations, and triage issues across cloud environments. Root-cause problems across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and Alibaba, collaborate on escalations, and translate technical gaps into clear guidance for customers and engineering, while feeding insights back to Product.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the go-to technical resource for sales and solutions engineering on Wiz platform architecture questions, messaging, and presentations.
•Own Outpost investigations end to end, investigating IAM misconfigurations, networking failures, provisioning breakdowns, and scan degradation.
•Root-cause and triage issues across multiple cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and Alibaba.
•Collaborate with engineering to support escalations and reproduce issues, and clearly distinguish Wiz bugs vs. customer misconfigurations vs. cloud-provider behavior.
•Enable support and field teams by building and maintaining investigation runbooks and onboarding materials, and leading thought leadership sessions.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 6 years designing and implementing public cloud architectures with deep expertise across major cloud providers.
•Experience in the Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) space.
•Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, cloud networking concepts, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) models.
•Experience architecting, deploying, and troubleshooting complex Kubernetes/container environments across multiple distributions, including managed Kubernetes services and cluster lifecycle management.
•Fluency in English and Hebrew, with the ability to communicate complex infrastructure issues to technical, business, and executive audiences.
