Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the go-to technical resource for sales and solutions engineering on Wiz platform architecture questions, messaging, and presentations.
  • •Own Outpost investigations end to end, investigating IAM misconfigurations, networking failures, provisioning breakdowns, and scan degradation.
  • •Root-cause and triage issues across multiple cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and Alibaba.
  • •Collaborate with engineering to support escalations and reproduce issues, and clearly distinguish Wiz bugs vs. customer misconfigurations vs. cloud-provider behavior.
  • •Enable support and field teams by building and maintaining investigation runbooks and onboarding materials, and leading thought leadership sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 6 years designing and implementing public cloud architectures with deep expertise across major cloud providers.
  • •Experience in the Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) space.
  • •Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, cloud networking concepts, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) models.
  • •Experience architecting, deploying, and troubleshooting complex Kubernetes/container environments across multiple distributions, including managed Kubernetes services and cluster lifecycle management.
  • •Fluency in English and Hebrew, with the ability to communicate complex infrastructure issues to technical, business, and executive audiences.
