Key Responsibilities

•Lead cross-functional teams to ensure launches have the necessary infrastructure and content across Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Security, Legal, Support, Business Technology, Customer Success, Marketing, Field, and Partners.
•Provide strategic governance for how products are released; create, maintain, and communicate launch processes, timelines, and best-practice guidelines.
•Lead cross-functional teams to meet launch readiness criteria across product, GTM, support, and operations, and navigate complex launch delivery.
•Act as the connector between teams, driving alignment on key decisions to deliver results.
•Collect and communicate meaningful launch metrics to senior leadership, work with data/analytics teams to track product performance, and anticipate/manage launch risks and blockers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 132,000 - 181,500 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of relevant experience in program and project management, leading product launches, and/or product strategy.
•Comprehensive experience and/or understanding of product launch lifecycle.

•Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team skills to lead staff and cross-functional teams.
•Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to create, execute, and adjust plans; experience working with technical teams.
