Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and deliver partner-facing enablement programs, including live virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • •Create role-specific training, develop onboarding for new partner sellers, and establish certification and accreditation programs.
  • •Maintain partner playbooks, battlecards, messaging guides, and referral frameworks to drive partner activation.
  • •Conduct field activations (travel to partner offices/events) and support strategic launches, marketplace activations, and integration rollouts.
  • •Generate partner-sourced pipeline by creating referral programs, launching incentives/campaigns, and measuring enablement impact with reporting to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel enablement, customer education, revenue enablement, and/or training or L&D.
  • •Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to teach effectively and simplify complex topics.
  • •Experience building training programs from scratch and creating role-specific enablement content.
  • •Strong executive communication skills and comfort speaking to groups of 5 to 500 people.
  • •Strong project management and organizational skills, with willingness to travel frequently.
