Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology for Vivint customers, including security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems. You’ll evaluate customer homes, recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site, and train homeowners to use their new system. The role blends technical work with consultative sales, supported by virtual and on-the-job training, ongoing coaching, and a 4-day/10 schedule.
