Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and develop service team members and oversee day-to-day service business activities, including customer service interactions, reporting, and repairs.
  • •Evaluate employee performance and provide consistent feedback to drive results.
  • •Support selection, training, and development of service employees, including providing follow-up for training.
  • •Ensure work orders are detailed, complete, properly filled out, and that repairs are completed and returned on time by monitoring work flow.

  • •Exceptional ability to collaborate, motivate, and lead individuals, groups, and vendors; strong communication skills.
