Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean and sanitize all areas of the production area in accordance with USDA, HACCP, and QA pre-op protocols.
  • •Use high-pressure hoses and chemical solutions and assemble/unassemble lines and equipment as needed for proper cleaning.
  • •Clean equipment, lines, machines, floors, ceiling, lighting fixtures, fans, and take out trash.
  • •Complete all assigned work duties prior to the end of shift while maintaining a safe work environment.
  • •Obtain and follow required safety practices, including LOTO and fall protection, and complete PIT training if needed.
