Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues and escalate process or system gaps with store leadership.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and sales floor recovery/replenishment.
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and perform stockroom standards and processes to support a safe work environment.
  • •Use reporting, budgets, expenses, and metrics to support business-driving strategies and resolve guest needs quickly.
