Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead legacy platform decommissioning by aligning product strategy, execution, and operations to transition agents to modern systems.
  • •Define the vision and strategic roadmap for Recoveries agent-tool strategy and establish modern standard practices for agent software.
  • •Design and deliver intuitive agent workflows that reduce friction and increase agent efficiency.
  • •Partner across design, operations, tech, compliance, and business analysts to envision and deliver next-generation agent platform capabilities.
  • •Collaborate with platform modernization and Collections agent experience teams to integrate real-time intelligence and personalization into agent-facing tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 101,100 - 138,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 1 year of product management experience, or 1 year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
  • •Solid product management experience working within full stack software and web environments.
  • •Experience navigating legacy system retirements, platform migrations, or workflow modernization efforts.
  • •Exceptional judgment and stakeholder management to build a unified customer experience roadmap.
