Commission Manager

Manage monthly commission calculations and commission analysts for the Acute Care Technology business, working closely with Sales to prepare North American commissions. Lead the commission process for a sales force of 300+ by maintaining controls, reviewing plan system changes, preparing commissions data for approval and payment, and supplying quarterly/yearly reporting. Serve as a key escalation point for commission questions and issues, and oversee quarterly bonuses and investigations.
