Develop and productize EB-IAD coating solutions for semiconductor and display equipment, shaping technical decisions across hardware and process. Lead material engineering projects end-to-end, including experiment design, data analysis, measurement/analytical methods, and documentation of complex results. Partner with suppliers and R&D teams while interfacing with senior leadership and customers to troubleshoot high-value problems, validate trade-offs, and support successful customer ramp.

•Drive strategic development of EB-IAD coatings across hardware and process within the Materials Center of Excellence.
•Lead end-to-end productization from ideation/development to customer ramp, supporting successful commercialization.
•Conduct and analyze complex materials engineering experiments, compiling reports, documentation, and engineering specifications.
•Define and implement new methodologies and measurement/analytical techniques; troubleshoot significantly complex engineering issues.
•Interface with customers and senior internal stakeholders to resolve high-value problems affecting device performance, yield, and cost of ownership.

•Develop, plan, and execute material engineering projects and coordinate suppliers across multiple products.
•Define and validate material measurement/analytical techniques and train engineers on interpretation of results.
