Key Responsibilities

  • •Influence and craft roadmaps for teams, ensuring technical excellence and scalable engineering practices.
  • •Lead technical planning and execution for new features across the stack, balancing feasibility, usability, and business impact.
  • •Design and refine systems to enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
  • •Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinical experts to translate requirements into intuitive UI solutions.
  • •Work directly with customers to solve their issues daily.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
  • •Strong backend programming skills with experience in Python and Go.
  • •Solid understanding of containers and cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • •Proven debugging/problem-solving skills and a track record of architectural decisions for multi-month, high-impact projects.
  • •Excellent communication and ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; comfort shipping quickly.
