Key Responsibilities

•Influence and craft roadmaps for teams, ensuring technical excellence and scalable engineering practices.
•Lead technical planning and execution for new features across the stack, balancing feasibility, usability, and business impact.
•Design and refine systems to enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
•Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinical experts to translate requirements into intuitive UI solutions.
•Work directly with customers to solve their issues daily.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
•Strong backend programming skills with experience in Python and Go.
•Solid understanding of containers and cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
•Proven debugging/problem-solving skills and a track record of architectural decisions for multi-month, high-impact projects.
•Excellent communication and ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; comfort shipping quickly.
