Key Responsibilities

  • •Transport racks on smokehouse racks to the drencher and then to the smokehouse staging area
  • •Scale, transport, measure, and record information required by Quality Control or management
  • •Set up and remove various machines, clean out metal detectors, and help empty inedible pans
  • •Remove full racks, scale, and enter information into the computer/SAP functions
  • •Perform general housekeeping, job rotation, and comply with safety, food safety, GMP, and SQF requirements

Key Requirements

  • •3 months work history with the same employer
  • •Ability and willingness to lift up to 40 pounds eye level and above and push 500-pound racks

  • •Ability and willingness to complete paperwork and SAP/computer functions and read daily paperwork and labels
