Job Summary

Support the Global Marketing Organization with financial consolidation, FP&A, and management reporting. Own end-to-end GMO financials, manage Power BI dashboards, provide data-driven insights, and lead planning deliverables (outlook, QRF, annual planning) while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end financial consolidation for the GMO organization, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reporting layers, including operating expenses and headcount resources.
•Manage and maintain all internal Power BI reporting assets, continuously improving dashboards and data models to deliver actionable financial insights.
•Drive reliable reporting by proactively identifying gaps, anomalies, and opportunities for improved visibility.
•Lead the preparation and execution of key fiscal deliverables including Outlook, Quarterly Rolling Forecast (QRF), Annual Planning, Post Mortem analysis, and Margin Reviews.
•Reconcile and manage total GMO headcount portfolio, ensuring data integrity across HR and finance systems; own the quarterly prioritization headcount process and related reporting.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of progressive finance experience, with a focus on financial consolidation, FP&A, or management reporting.
•Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling, reconciliation, and data analysis.
•Demonstrated proficiency with Power BI, ability to read, understand, and build upon existing data models, reports, and dashboards.
•Experience with financial planning processes including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
