Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary liaison to client IT departments to define scope, plan integrations, and implement network solutions across project lifecycles (sales, implementation, and service).
  • •Build and maintain secure network infrastructure including routers and firewalls while ensuring cybersecurity standards are met.
  • •Collaborate with Project and Service Specialists to resolve technical issues during installation and service calls.
  • •Assist sales in proposal development, providing technical designs and advanced recommendations for customized solutions.
  • •Deliver on-site startup and turnover support; provide diagnostics and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and installation issues.
