Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary liaison to client IT departments to define scope, plan integrations, and implement network solutions across project lifecycles (sales, implementation, and service).
•Build and maintain secure network infrastructure including routers and firewalls while ensuring cybersecurity standards are met.
•Collaborate with Project and Service Specialists to resolve technical issues during installation and service calls.
•Assist sales in proposal development, providing technical designs and advanced recommendations for customized solutions.
•Deliver on-site startup and turnover support; provide diagnostics and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and installation issues.
