Key Responsibilities

  • •Audit, issue, and update Flight Attendant qualification records in accordance with FAA and company policies.
  • •Support initial, recurrent, and leave of absence training programs.
  • •Build and maintain class rosters, load web-based trainings and exams, and issue/update qualifications following completion of training.
  • •Perform audits of web-based training completion, issued qualifications, and training eligibility; resolve training and class enrollment issues with Flight Attendants.
  • •Assist scheduling and support CQ forecasting, Comply365 form processing, class creation for base expansion, and communicate schedule adjustments and accommodations to the instructor team.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalency.
  • •Advanced FOS knowledge and experience.
  • •Previous experience supporting record keeping and qualification issuance under FAA guidelines.

  • •Knowledge of Flight Attendant Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA).
