Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead general civil work including road design and urban precinct planning projects for government and private sector clients.
  • •Act as Project Manager and Technical Lead on civil infrastructure projects, including proposals, bidding, and business development activities.
  • •Collaborate with engineers across Australia to deliver transport design services across a variety of transport infrastructure projects.
  • •Take on Team Leader responsibilities within the local Transport Business, including managing, training, and mentoring junior team members.
  • •Participate in business and strategic planning activities with internal stakeholders to support whole-of-business success.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with RPEQ.
  • •Ideally 12+ years of experience in a consultancy, local Council, or State Government Department.
  • •Extensive design and/or project management experience delivering civil infrastructure and transport projects for State Government or local council.
  • •Proven knowledge of Australian Standards and the ability to apply technical knowledge when delivering projects.
  • •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
