Key Responsibilities

•Research and develop seasonal denim trends, washes, fits and finishes aligned to the Topshop brand DNA.
•Design and deliver commercially relevant, fashion-forward denim ranges across categories (jeans, jackets, skirts, etc.).
•Create clear and detailed design packs for development, including CADs, specs and wash direction.
•Work closely with Buying, Technical and Product teams to ensure designs are delivered on time, to margin, and to quality standards.
•Drive innovation within denim through fabrication, sustainability, and finishing techniques.
