Job Summary

Serve as a regional advisor for CAO Elite customers, guiding them through onboarding and ensuring successful operationalization of the Counter Adversary service. Own proof-of-value demonstrations, manage customer engagements and escalations, and drive renewal risk remediation. Build and strengthen partner relationships, use customer metrics to spot health/performance issues, and ensure clients maximize return on investment through proactive check-ins, surveys, and renewal meetings.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Work directly with new clients through the onboarding lifecycle to operationalize Counter Adversary Elite.
•Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service integrity.
•Improve partnerships with at-risk customers and identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.
•Develop, analyze, and manage customer metrics and reporting to identify performance or health issues.
•Identify renewal risks and remediate with internal teams; lead proactive check-ins, surveys, and renewal meetings.

Key Requirements

•Prior experience in a customer engagement role or consulting, ideally related to EDR.
•Demonstrable experience in a client-facing cybersecurity role.
•Convey technical concepts to both technical and executive stakeholders.
•Develop and maintain relationships with customer/partner organizations and internal interdisciplinary teams.
•Knowledge of all-source threat intelligence, security research, and threat hunting concepts and methodologies; experience with security operations, incident response, malware analysis, penetration testing, or related areas.
