Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the architecture, design, development, and evolution of large-scale consumer-facing web applications.
  • •Define frontend engineering standards, architectural principles, reusable patterns, and development best practices.
  • •Provide technical direction for solutions built with ReactJS, TypeScript, Next.js, and GraphQL, and design scalable modular frontend architectures.
  • •Drive frontend performance engineering focused on Core Web Vitals and real-user experience, including rendering, code splitting, caching, asset optimization, and bundle management using CDN/edge technologies.
  • •Ensure accessibility by meeting WCAG standards; support feature flagging, experimentation, A/B testing, mentor engineers, and collaborate across Product, Design, Quality Engineering, and Platform teams.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software engineering experience with significant expertise in frontend application development.
  • •3+ years of experience leading a technical capability, project, or engineering team.
  • •Strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Next.js, and GraphQL.
  • •Deep understanding of browser fundamentals, rendering behavior, web standards, and frontend application lifecycles.
  • •Proven experience improving Core Web Vitals and delivering accessible experiences that meet WCAG standards.
