Vans: Supervisor - Menlo Park

Lead store operations and support the store leadership team to deliver exceptional, personalized customer engagement. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and help the team achieve sales and profit goals by tracking KPIs. Oversee daily store routines, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and merchandising standards. Support stockroom operations, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and community initiatives while upholding company policies and safety procedures.
