Job Summary

Build the design and marketing systems powering performance marketing for a fast-growing mobile app. You’ll create scalable creative workflows using generative AI, develop creative testing programs and experimentation roadmaps, and launch experiments across Meta, Google, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging channels. Partner with Performance Marketing, Design, and Growth Analytics to analyze creative performance, raise creative quality, and improve the AI-driven creative production pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

•Build creative systems, templates, mood boards, and AI workflows for high-velocity ad production.
•Develop and launch creative testing programs and structured experimentation roadmaps across major acquisition channels.
•Create visually compelling static imagery and videos for new ad campaigns using generative media platforms including ElevenCreative.
•Design analytical frameworks to identify winning creative patterns using performance data and creative analysis.
•Improve the creative production pipeline with AI automation and reusable templates, and analyze results through ad platforms and Motion.

•5+ years producing and optimizing performance creative, art direction, growth marketing, creative strategy, or design in a high-growth consumer or technology company.
•Deep expertise in generative AI for image and video creation, including repeatable creative workflows using tools like ElevenCreative.
•Experience creating high-performing ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, or other major paid acquisition platforms.
•Hands-on experience with creative performance analytics tools like Motion and using A/B testing to improve results.
•Expert proficiency with Figma, CapCut, Adobe Suite, and modern AI creative/generative media tools.
