Job Summary

Build and advance aftermarket hydraulic engineering solutions in a collaborative R&D setting. You’ll coordinate PSD-Engineering and related projects to create and maintain an IQ/Local MOL template, develop localization and alternative part strategies, and support cross-functional teams with technical documentation, service tools, and simulator-related troubleshooting. The role also includes supplier coordination for components and spare part optimization, including review of Change Notices and ongoing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and maintain an IQ/Local MOL template for the capital division’s operational needs.
•Collaborate with engineering teams and PSD-related projects to deliver technical solutions on time.
•Drive R&D process advancement to improve productivity and quality.
•Coordinate PSD development work with CMTEC India, including technical support and project follow-ups.
•Support cross-functional efforts including bills of materials in Teamcenter, technical documentation, technical service tools, PSD training/simulator support, and supplier/strategic purchasing collaboration.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Mechanical or Hydraulic Engineering.
•3+ years of experience in product development or aftermarket solutions focused on hydraulic systems.
•Strong knowledge of mainstream hydraulic components and ability to identify alternative solutions.
•Fluency in English and Chinese.
•Proficiency with CAD, PRO-E, and TEAMCENTER (or similar design/product lifecycle management software).
