Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage administrative functions of a distribution center, ensuring data integrity and timely transaction processing and excellent customer service.
  • •Process and oversee sales orders, credit memos, and PO transactions; partner with Credit and A/R on account setup and past-due accounts.
  • •Ensure accounts payable adherence to the Chart of Authority, complete A/P reconciliation, and support daily invoicing for warehouse inventory and direct billing.
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy in Agility from receiving through cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
  • •Lead the team by selecting/hiring, coaching, evaluating performance, onboarding, time approval, and coordinating shipments with rail and truck operations.
