Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all phases of the fit out/remodeling/space adequacy project lifecycle from planning to final handover.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • •Define scope of work, manage RFP/competitive bidding processes, and resolve technical RFI queries.
  • •Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, work plans, and execution strategies; monitor progress and deviations and propose corrective actions.
  • •Ensure quality, safety, and applicable regulatory compliance; maintain complete and up-to-date project documentation and manage risks and contingency plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Project Management, or related fields.
  • •5-8 years of experience managing construction, remodel, fit out, or corporate/industrial/commercial/infrastructure space projects.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • •Ability to interpret architectural drawings, technical specifications, and construction documentation.
  • •Knowledge of contract management, supplier administration, and cost control, plus experience with project planning, schedule tracking, and budget control.
