Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support operational functions such as shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor and ensure strong visual merchandising placement and replenishment excellence.
  • •Support safe store operations through strong stockroom standards and processes while collaborating with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
