Yield Development Engineer

Drive semiconductor yield improvement across the full lifecycle of a technology node by performing statistical analysis, building yield models, and identifying defect modes. Develop multivariate algorithms and use machine learning to extract insights from structured and unstructured manufacturing data. Partner with process integration, defect engineering, and electrical fault isolation teams to debug yield detractors, support fault isolation, and improve manufacturability through process changes and new product introductions.
