Provide pre-sales support for card solutions, analyze customer requests, and define requirements specifications for assigned accounts. Key Responsibilities

•Provide pre-Sales support, analyze customer requests in terms of Cards and Solutions, and assist in shaping responses
•Understand the customer’s technical organization and translate requirements into engineering specifications
•Provide market knowledge and competitive insights to Thales CDI
•Identify customer technical needs and map solutions to Thales CDI product map
•Define Requirements Specifications for assigned customers and may act as the technical interface for customers while possibly managing card product projects or FPER implementations

Key Requirements

•Master or Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Electronics/Engineering; additional Business School degree is welcome
•1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field (Smartcard, Embedded Software or Services provider background, Telecom or banking industry) or equivalent experience within Thales
•English is mandatory; Mandarin is a strong plus
•Experience with project management is a plus; PMP or related certification preferred
•Knowledge of smart card technology and understanding of EMV specs is preferred
