Job Summary

Serve as a Sr. Business Analyst for the Member Business area, supporting large health care system implementations and enhancements. You will collaborate with a team to perform Business Analysis and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS), ensuring requirements are met and systems function as designed. The role includes coordinating test activities, documenting results and deviations, and assisting in business-area implementation changes in Concord, New Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in the Design, Development and Implementation (DDI) of projects.
•Own User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm the system functions as designed per requirements.
•Assist in leading implementation and related changes within the business area.
•Coordinate test case creation, test execution, and test resources; document results and deviations.
•Attend/lead project sessions and prepare agendas and minutes as needed.

Salary: USD 91,260 - 211,250 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or relevant Business Analysis experience in the Member Business area.
•Minimum 6 years of Business Analyst experience, including experience in New Hampshire Member Business Area projects.
•2 years’ health care experience with UAT including regression and system integration testing.
•Ability to apply industry best practices and future state/federal mandates to existing Member systems.
•Experience in business analysis and testing for MMIS Member Business Area.
