Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and role-model behaviours, supporting health, safety, wellbeing, inclusion, and relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • •Manage and lead teams through line management, mentoring, recruitment, and resource utilisation, working with the Regional Director for performance.
  • •Act as Project Director with accountability for project delivery in a commercial environment, meeting and exceeding financial targets.
  • •Provide technical leadership on roads projects across London & South East and offshore teams, ensuring technical quality and excellence.
  • •Lead capture and bidding programmes for large infrastructure opportunities and manage client expectations while advising clients proactively.
