Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform AI discovery and solutioning by translating customer requirements into Celonis-based AI solutions aligned to customer objectives.
  • •Rapidly prototype with cutting-edge AI during customer hackathons to solve business-critical problems.
  • •Execute Proof-of-Value projects end-to-end and ensure AI solution success through value, adoption, and realization thresholds.
  • •Present and demonstrate business impact to senior executives, articulating and quantifying strategic value.
  • •Contribute to the Value Engineering Center of Excellence by creating reusable best practices, collateral, and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
  • •Extensive internship experience or 1-2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology.
  • •Understanding of generative AI techniques such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
  • •Good knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) plus data engineering tools and technologies.
  • •Fluency in German and English (must), with Italian as a strong plus.
