Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a senior technical authority for enterprise-scale AI systems, defining long-term strategy across platforms, tools, and system design approaches.
  • •Define architecture and engineering patterns for agentic AI, retrieval/grounding, model integration, inference platforms, observability, evaluation, and safety.
  • •Lead resolution of complex technical challenges across performance, cost, scalability, security, safety, and regulatory constraints.
  • •Guide multiple cross-team AI initiatives to ensure coherent architecture, integration, and alignment across domains.
  • •Conduct technical and architectural reviews and mentor Staff-level talent to raise organizational AI engineering capability.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, AI infrastructure, platform engineering, data engineering, or related fields delivering complex production systems at scale.
  • •Proven experience architecting end-to-end AI/ML platforms across data pipelines, training, deployment, serving, monitoring, and inference optimization.
  • •Experience designing and operating GPU-based AI infrastructure, including workload scheduling, utilization/capacity optimization, and performance tuning.
  • •Hands-on experience with Python and modern AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
  • •Deep knowledge of Generative AI/LLM ecosystems (embeddings, fine-tuning, prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation) and agentic AI design (planning, tool use, memory, multi-agent coordination).
