Key Responsibilities

  • •Take end-to-end accountability for transitioning solutions from deal close to production.
  • •Define enterprise customer setup for Fireblocks, including API integrations, security architecture, and architecture documentation.
  • •Steer complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule through to production.
  • •Codify reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across AMER.
  • •Act as the bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers; support strategic pre-sales with technical discovery and solution design.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science (or related) with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Proven delivery of post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments.
  • •Experience with blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies, or with banks/financial institutions/enterprise financial systems (blockchain/cryptography/Web3 is a must).
  • •Hands-on software development experience with a technical mindset.
  • •Deep understanding of IT security, proven cloud experience, and enterprise architecture best practices; demonstrated technical leadership/mentoring is preferred.
