Key Responsibilities

  • •Process charge backs.
  • •Review bank processing exceptions.
  • •Perform daily processing of insufficient items.
  • •Reconcile internal accounts.
  • •Answer account verification requests and assist branches with processing exceptions and other deposit-related questions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school or GED plus specialized schooling/on-the-job education in a specific skill area, along with 5 years of related experience and/or training (or an equivalent combination).
  • •Ability to read limited words/recognize similarities/differences between words and series of numbers, and write/speak simple sentences for basic communication.
  • •Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) using money and other measurements.
