Coordinate the delivery of contractual soft services within a Total Facilities Management team. Support the Operations and Account Managers with daily deployments, invoice/client approvals, and KPI tracking. Improve operations through CAFM usage and technology-driven process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Operations Manager and Account Manager in delivering contractual soft services and ensuring time-bound, quality customer delivery.
•Manage a cleaning team across multiple sites and oversee daily deployments, invoices/client approvals, and contractual KPIs.
•Coordinate internal stakeholders for new contract mobilization and maintain communication with internal departments and clients, including handling escalations.
•Create work schedules per contractual scope, report service variations, and coordinate smooth IFS operations using CAFM systems.
•Ensure regular cleaning audits are carried out and maintain records for disciplinary actions, incident reports, and annual leave.

Key Requirements

•2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
•BICS certification or an equivalent certification.
•Good English written and communication skills.
•Valid UAE driving license.
•Extensive knowledge of computer and reporting systems, and good knowledge of cleaning operations including machines and chemicals.
