Key Responsibilities

  • •Rapidly build end-to-end AI products from idea to deployed application using AI-assisted coding across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure.
  • •Develop and deploy GenAI applications including LLM-powered agents, RAG systems, and AI assistants for business problems like BI, workflow automation, and Q&A.
  • •Build and maintain scalable ML/AI pipelines on cloud infrastructure that process large-scale user behavioral data.
  • •Collaborate with business partners to identify high-impact AI opportunities, prototype quickly, and deliver measurable results.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of AI services, including ingestion, model training, API development, UI, deployment, monitoring, and impact measurement.

Salary: USD 120,700 - 238,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Experience building ML/AI systems and shipping models or AI applications to production.
  • •Strong programming skills in Python.
  • •Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) for rapid full-stack application development.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG, or building AI agents.
