Join the Fleet Maintenance team to keep Carvana’s vehicle haulers and trailers in top condition. Diagnose and repair heavy Class 8 equipment using diagnostic tools, complete preventative maintenance, DVIR, and scheduled repairs, and follow OEM diagnose trees. Handle complex issues including brakes, steering, electrical, hydraulics, and tires, while welding/fabricating broken parts and maintaining accurate repair records using fleet software.

Key Responsibilities

•Diagnose equipment using diagnostic equipment and perform preventative maintenance and DVIR
•Complete scheduled repairs and address issues found during inspection, including brakes, steering, electrical, hydraulic components, and tires
•Weld or fabricate broken parts using welders, torches, and plasma cutters
•Pull fault codes and follow OEM diagnose trees to accurately diagnose equipment
•Maintain accurate repair and parts records using fleet maintenance software

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in the Heavy Class 8 Mechanical Industry (or similar)
•Valid Driver’s License

•Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate professionally
