Own the FPGA development lifecycle—from concept to production—delivering new PCBA technologies and logic solutions for Dell’s next-generation enterprise portfolio. Partner with hardware/firmware teams and cross-functional stakeholders to define system architecture, drive RTL design and verification, and ensure FPGA implementations meet requirements for schedule, functionality, quality, and industry compliance. Lead design direction, develop testing/troubleshooting methods, optimize development processes, and mentor global teammates.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver PCBA technologies and logic solutions across Dell’s next-generation enterprise portfolio using FPGA development expertise.
•Collaborate with architects to define next-generation hardware features, including feature/cost trade-off analysis with partners and front-end teams.
•Provide design direction to enable and support global teams, including designing cost-effective testing and troubleshooting methods.
•Mentor team members across global teams and guide knowledge sharing.
•Define and optimize development processes and prepare documentation for inspection/testing procedures to ensure design quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 174,250 - 225,500 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years’ industry experience in related roles, including product development from early concept through production.
•Advanced understanding of FPGA technologies and system architectures, with strong Verilog/SystemVerilog and HDL coding practices.
•Expertise in RTL design, including simulation test benches.
•Strong analog and digital design fundamentals, with a desire to share knowledge and mentor others.
•Deep knowledge of hardware and software interactions to diagnose and resolve issues.
