Key Responsibilities

  • •Define product direction and roadmaps for Custody OES and translate client/partner requirements into shipped features.
  • •Own and continuously evolve fee schedules and incentive programs (MM/MT, VIP tiers, rebates), balancing market dynamics and competitor moves with company strategy and revenue.
  • •Own the commercial logic of product lines, building ROI-grounded business cases and quantifying revenue/AUM impact to drive prioritization.
  • •Develop AI agents for competitor intelligence, liquidity analysis, and fee/rebate simulation, supporting program operations.
  • •Partner with engineering, design, compliance, and legal to ship complex changes and navigate multi-jurisdictional regulatory constraints (HK, SG, EU, US).

Key Requirements

  • •Prior PM experience owning institutional product lines at a crypto exchange (Custody OES) or related custody/collateral/tri-party/CCP background in traditional finance.
  • •Deep knowledge of liquidity dynamics and how institutional crypto markets work, with experience managing fee schedules or designing incentive programs (MM/MT, VIP tiers, rebates).
  • •Experience leading strategic business reviews, facilitating requirement discovery, and converting client feedback into prioritized product initiatives.
  • •Proven ability to partner with Sales/BD/relationship teams in a B2B institutional context.
  • •Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for market research and product operations, including automated workflows and AI-assisted analysis or prototyping.
