Job Summary

Develop and maintain facility maintenance and development policies and procedures, including planning preventive and emergency construction and maintenance projects for organization sites and affiliated ambulance facilities. Lead budgeting, tendering, contractor technical evaluation, and performance monitoring against contract timelines and specifications. Oversee handling of service complaints and work orders, review change orders, and monitor mechanical/electrical/water systems performance, energy efficiency initiatives, and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Create maintenance and development policies and procedures for organizational buildings and affiliated emergency/ambulance sites based on global best practices.
•Study, plan, and design preventive, emergency, and development projects and provide related consultations.
•Prepare annual budgets for construction, maintenance, renewal, and infrastructure development needs.
•Manage tendering: prepare project documents, analyze technical bids, evaluate contractor capability, and monitor project execution to ensure compliance with timelines and specifications.
•Monitor mechanical, electrical, and water/sewage systems performance, oversee preventive maintenance plans with vendors, and drive energy efficiency and environmental sustainability initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 30,001 - 40,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in civil engineering or facilities maintenance/management, or equivalent, with 9 years of experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or facilities maintenance/management, or equivalent, with 11 years of experience.
•Experience in preparing maintenance and development plans, studies, and project requirements for facilities and buildings.
•Ability to evaluate technical proposals, assess contractor capability, and support contractor selection and studies.
•Experience in monitoring mechanical, electrical, and water/sewage systems and ensuring preventive maintenance execution and reporting.

Experience:9-11 yearsFacilities maintenanceCivil engineering
