Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
  • •Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technician and customers.
  • •Develop through ongoing coaching and leadership training to grow within the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • •Ability to pass post-offer background investigation and meet licensing requirements per applicable law.

  • •Sales-minded, able to build rapport and put customers first with integrity.
  • •Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs, climb ladders (up to 14 feet), and work in confined spaces like attics.
