Industrialize THALES DMS products by optimizing production flow using Lean Manufacturing, and ensure technical readiness of the production dossier and required tooling for fabrication, tests, and acceptance. Serve as the technical owner for production timelines, support manufacturing to keep execution on track, manage routine-based issue handling, and maintain standard times consistency. Analyze cycle variances and contribute to continuous product improvement through non-quality root-cause feedback.
