Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the industrialization of THALES DMS products by selecting the best performance, cost, timeline, and quality trade-offs.
  • •Optimize the production flow chart using a Lean Manufacturing approach.
  • •Own the production dossier technically, ensuring timely availability including tooling for fabrication, tests, and acceptance.
  • •Support manufacturing technically to ensure proper execution.
  • •Manage deviations and contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing non-quality causes and sending lessons learned to designers.

Key Requirements

  • •Technician training such as BTS, DUT, or Licence Pro.
  • •Technical knowledge including basics of mechanics, reading plans and workshop sheets, and component specification concepts.
